Production Process
Linking Rod is a agricultural machinery accessories, it should have a certain hardness and anti-corrosion requirements.

Linking Rod is an ODM service products. We select materials according to customers' use requirements and heat treatment requirements. Its production process includes hot die forging, heat treatment, electrogalvanizing and drilling. The slender structure of the product requires high material specifications, which makes forging difficult and process complexity. Because the hardness of the product is relatively high, the drilling position is in a very small arc surface, the drilling difficulty is very high, we designed a special tooling for it.
