Professional Design:
* When initating the rotary opening movement the disc is off-seated after only few degree of opening movement and there is very little wear and tear between seat ring and disc
* Body surface welding Brass when DN >700(see the picture),Our factory car also manufacture extension stem butterfly valve, butterfly valve of DN1800 extension stem lengthened 16.5 meters. (see the picture)
* Rubber sealing ring and disc can adjust tightness or softness with clamping ring, it insures best performance of adjusting the compression of sealing
* Body and disc made of ductile iron which promote the impact resistance and pressure-bearing capacity; sealing ring made of rubber and valve seat's sealing surface is conical shaped,make the sealing capacity more reliable.
