Production Process
Spring seat is an important part for disk harrow, disk harrow is common in Agricultural Machinery, it is mainly used for weeding,shallow tillage, loose ground, etc, it's an indispensable friend of farmers. Spring seat is used to support spring, which is a part we supplied to our Belarus customer.
Spring seat was produced by Sodium silicate process.
 

Sodium silicate process can produce a variety of materials, including: low carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel,
wear-resistant steel, etc. It can meet the material requirements of different standards, such as: ASTM, DIN, BS, GB and JIS, etc.
Sodium silicate process can control relatively precise casting tolerances, such as: CT7-CT9. In some cases, it can meet the requirements of use without machining, or only a small machining allowance is required, thus it will reduce production cost.
Normalizing is a necessary process for steel casting, it will help castings to refine grain and eliminate inner stress. Low carbon steel 1020 has enough toughness to meet the requirements of fatigue life, Electro Galvanizing will improve the corrosion resistance of the products. All these actions will improve the service life of parts.
Inspection

We use spectrum to detect the chemical composition of castings timely and accurately,We can test the mechanical properties, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact work and various types of hardness test: HB, HRC, HV, etc.
We designed perfect quality management method according to ISO9001 quality management system, meanwhile we are in accordance with the requirements of customers to carry out tests for a variety of technical parameters of the product, to ensure production quality is stable and qualified.

Molds

Mold is the key of castings, our mold is designed and manufactured by professional mold foundry, we use 3D software and CNC machining to ensure the precision and simulation software is used to verify the runner system, thus it will improve the accuracy and production efficiency. By means of liquid wax injecting pattern machine and multiple cavities to improve production efficiency and product quality, it will greatly reduce the unit price of part by piece.
