Production Process
Hub housing is produced and used for disk harrow ,disk harrow is common Agricultural Machinery.
Hub housings are produce dby hot die forging and CNC machining. Compared with the casting, hot die forging can better guarantee the internal and external surface quality of products, so as to better meet the mechanical property requirement. The advantages of hot die forging are short production cycle, small amount of machining and relative low cost.

Our products are all pre-forged and forged to ensure the completion of high quality product forming.

Hub housing be machined by CNC, in order to guarantee product's size precision and positional degree. Before development, we will evaluate the technical requirements of the product, and make product technical point files for each product, including: material, surface treatment, hardness requirements, estimated product problems, special requirements of customers, etc. At the same time, We will also establish communication notes with customers, including: technical status and time point before and after technical changes, to provide guarantee for later inspection.
