We use white foam to make the white mold, and through vacuum casting to achieve the production of box castings. We also use advanced CNC four-axis, five-axis in machining and use CMM in dimensions inspection, our aim is to achieve high surface quality, highly dimensional precision and eventually comprehensive cost-effective box products.
Agricultural machinery Tractor box is mainly used in the transmission position of agricultural machinery tractor and other
equipment, they're an important part of connecting wheel axle.
Before product development, we will evaluate and highlight the technical requirements, including: confirmation of process, material, hardness, surface treatment, important technical requests and customer's special requests. Meanwhile, we will establish files for each customer, including: technical documents, communication records and the time of technique requests changes, this will help us to provide guarantee for product inspection.
Inspection
Apart from quality control system in place, we have all the necessary instruments, such as Spectral analyzer, Tensile strength tester, Hardness tester, Microscope, Roughness tester, CMM, projector and other gages and tools. Thus we can control quality from raw material to delivery.
