Production Process
Pump fittings (Pump housing & Volute) are made through white foam to make white mold(lost foam mold) first, then through vacuum casting to achieve the production of shell casting. We have advanced CNC equipment and accurate CMM inspection equipment to achieve good casting surface quality, highly accurate dimensions and eventually the best comprehensive cost-effective OEM products.

Pump fittings (Pump housing & Volute) are mainly used in agricultural machinery sewage, sludge, and fluid pipeline transport mechanical equipment of power pump shell and blow dryer, induced draft fan, blower and other machines of the outer shell.
Before product development, we will evaluate and highlight the technical requirements, including: confirmation of process, material, hardness, surface treatment, important technical requests and customer's special requests. Meanwhile, we will establish files for each customer, including: technical documents, communication records and the time of technique requests changes, this will help us to provide guarantee for product inspection.
