Production Process
Connected Center Plate is divided into 2 types, their structure are similar, only the length is different. Both are parts for Disk Harrow, after welding with left and right plates to press the spring.In order to ensure its proper strength and weldability, connected Center Plate use low carbon alloy steel DIN20Mn6. Function of Disk Harrow is powerful, it is widely used in agricultural production, such as, weeding, shallow tillage, loose ground and cultivated land, etc.

We use Sodium silicate process to manufacturer connected Center Plate which can be assembled directly without machining, it also can guarantee the product economic and precision.
By use of liquid wax injecting pattern machine and Making Shell production line in sodium silicate process,
these can greatly improve production efficiency and product quality, meanwhile the production cost will be greatly reduced.

Normalization guarantees the mechanical property and hardness of connected Center Plate and improves fatigue life of product.

Inspection

Lower carbon content is the guarantee of weldability of the product, we use spectrum to test chemical composition of each package of liquid steel timely and accurately to ensure they're 100% qualified.

We'll 100% inspect the outer appearance of product to ensure the 4 holes without metallic projections, and will be assembled successfully.

Molds

Mold is the key of castings which is designed and manufactured by our technical team and professional mold manufacturer. When design the mold, our mold engineer will perform the simulation casting, it will improve the product qualification ratio greatly. Meanwhile, multiple cavities will reduce the tooling costs even more.
